It’s so weird that Fedora Upgrades never work for me from the GUI. I have it installed since 2021 or 2022, so for at least 6 releases.
I remember there was just one release that worked. But I don’t remember how it went through. All other times, I had to refer to Fedora’s documentation.

Then, I pressed ‘Restart to upgrade’ (or whatever the name of the button is), and it did nothing. Precisely, it asked for my password, but did nothing afterwards. I pressed it like 5 times, entered my password 5 times, and then 5 times of nothing. Then I noticed the entire interface is fucking hung. I said ‘fuck it,’ reached to my laptop, sshed into the computer and systemctl poweroffed it.
This morning, I repeated the same thing, and nothing really happened. Nothing. This afternoon, I decdided I’m going to update it via ssh, as always. There were new updates (regular updates) and the upgrade too. I pressed both buttons. It was super long to download regular packages updates, but it downloaded the upgrade to Fedora 43. I pressed Reboot, expecting nothing, as always. Yet this time it fucking worked, and it prompted me with the question whether I’d like to reboot or not. Well, ‘yes’ I said. So here we are, this thing is being updated now.
It’s been about 10 or 15 minutes now, and it’s at 46% now. That’s with the regular SATA-3 SSD and
